Everybody in the world is eating for their life. Eating is the big part of our life, it is universal. All kind of food that we eat is affect to our heath so we must think and be careful of what we eat. Each meal is very important for our health. The breakfast is the biggest meal and it is helpful for our heath so we should not forget this meal. We should not eat meat so much because it makes us fat and get sick. For each meal we should have meat or fish, vegetables and fruits. Fish have lots of protein that help our eye and it is helpful to our heart. Vegetables can make us stronger and fruits make our skin look good and beauty.
